Tree Juice Blueberry Maple Syrup

For the ultimate in blueberry pancakes, drizzle Tree Juice’s elixir of wild blueberries and pure maple syrup over a stack of fresh flapjacks. The third generation of the Fairbairn family starts with syrup from their own maple trees on Lazy Crazy Acres Farm in New York’s Catskill Mountains, adding pureed blueberries and cooking the mixture for 12 hours. Each bottle is bursting with the ripe sweetness and tender pulp of nearly 250 berries. Enjoy this irresistible syrup on waffles, French toast, ice cream and yoghurt, or add a splash of it to sparkling water and cocktails.
