Reversible Pastry Board

Smartly designed for efficient double duty, this American-made board reverses from a smooth side for chopping to dough-rolling side that’s marked with circle guides to ensure perfect dimensions. The smooth native hardwood has lipped edges that wrap around the edge of the benchtop for stability.

Care

• Handwash with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly.
• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Do not wash in dishwasher.
• Occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
• Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.
