New Orleans baker, teacher and cookbook author Joy Wilson – aka Joy the Baker – is known for her fun takes on old-fashioned desserts. One of her specialties is Southern-style single-layer sheet cakes. Our premium mix makes it easy to whip up one of Joy’s signature recipes in your own kitchen, using just a few fresh ingredients. Real espresso and coffee enhance the rich chocolate flavour of this cake. Billowy peanut butter frosting creates a classic flavour combination that will delight kids and grown-ups alike.
